Let our team of experts keep you healthy
Hello, I’m Mariya Preston, LMT. I began my career in the chiropractic field in 2004, working alongside talented chiropractors and eventually coming to specialize in injury and structural issues. This led me to dive deeper into myofascial and structural release techniques to help my clients achieve more sustainable, foundational changes through a wholistic understanding of how the human body is interconnected, including the biochemical benefits of massage on mental health. I myself, had routine massages during my two pregnancies and felt the powerful effects it had on my mood, stress management, and addressing the continued structural changes in my body to keep me feeling and moving at my best. In experiencing these positive effects, I decided to focus on prenatal massage as my new path forward, and I have taken extra courses to be fully informed on the special care needed for massage during all stages of pregnancy. When not providing massage therapy to my clients, I enjoy spending my free time reading about wholistic nutrition and spiritual literature, partaking in the great outdoors, and traveling.
Hi! My name is Becca Cramer, LMT. I am a graduate of The Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy with certification in Neuromuscular therapy as well as Hot Stone Massage. My husband Jeff and I have lived here in beautiful Colorado Spring for 18 years. In this fast paced, stressful world, massage therapy is my peaceful calm. It brings me joy to be able to provide a comfortable space for the body to fully relax and let go of built-up tension. Whether it is a tired expectant mother benefiting from a prenatal massage or an athlete getting ready for an event, or someone taking some self-care for their precious body, it all brings satisfaction and enjoyment to me as a therapist. I especially enjoy being able to give our luxury service, with extra care given to the face, hands, and feet! Take time for the little things for they become the big things!
