Gift cards are non-refundable and can only be utilized towards a service or product at The Good Place. Gift cards cannot be used towards tips for therapists. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards and unfortunately, they cannot be redeemed as we have no way of tracking them. You must present your gift card at the time of service. No exceptions.
