Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to create individualized treatment plans.

• Apply your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to deliver safe, effective massage therapy.

• Perform a variety of techniques—including trigger point therapy and pain management methods—tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space that meets all health and safety standards.

• Provide outstanding client care and cultivate a relaxing, supportive environment.

• Stay current with industry trends, new modalities, and best practices to continuously elevate your skills.

Requirements

• Valid massage therapy license for the State of Colorado.

• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and basic medical terminology.

• Experience with client assessment and personalized treatment planning.

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.

• Familiarity with trigger point therapy and pain management techniques (preferred).

• Experience in a medical spa or similar setting (a plus).

• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
